It's been nearly 3 years since I last put out a podcast episode. But it's a space i've been really wanting to get back into and i'm super excited that it's happening again.

So much has happened in my life in those 3 years and I can't wait to share some of my thoughts and learnings from that time and as we navigate through life in the present time too.
