Welcome to my rebranded podcast! I'm so excited to have you here. Podcasting feels like my home and it's nice to be back.

I created this new episode to introduce my new title - Love & Life Podcast - formerly - Love Dripping from the Walls.

What you can expect is for me just to be me. I'll be your Love & Life Coach. I'll be the person who pours love on you and I'll also be the person to call you out when you need it.
