She also published her very first book in 2020, and has since published three more. The museum was founded in 1984, and has been named one of the top 10 railroad museums in New England. It is an all-volunteer, non-profit organization dedicated the mission to preserve railroad history and artifacts. Recently, the museum has partnered with Guidewire, Inc., to operate two Autism-Friendly/Sensory Sensitive Ice Cream Train rides.
