I begin today's coaching conversation with a story. Stories are a really fun way to create the space for insight for your client. And then I introduce Martin to my favorite coaching tool. In fact, if I was only allowed to use a single tool with my clients, for the rest of my life, this would be it... Here's a link to download the tool for yourself: https://richlitvin.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/10/Energy-Audit-Tool-bw-Oct-2020.pdf

High-achievers, entrepreneurs and creatives are often driven by a sole purpose to make a difference.
This path can put you in a difficult and lonely position; where your game can become so much bigger than that of anyone around you.
In this episode, I am a guest on Psychology of Entrepreneurship.
Host, Ronsley Vaz, and I discuss why we can feel so alone, even in the presence of others.
We look at familiar entrepreneurial traps, and how even the most successful among us can experience their wrath.

Chris and Michelle are two powerful women.
Chris wants to make a real difference in the world by helping young boys and girls to feel more empowered.
Michelle is frustrated that, if she is not careful, she can still get overwhelmed with feelings of anger.
With just a couple of questions to each woman, I help them step back into their power.

I grew up in London, where some nights it was so foggy I could only see a few yards ahead in front of my face. Despite the darkness and the fog, I could still regularly drive the 10 miles to my home.
Life is much like that. It would be nice to have clarity 10 years into the future about exactly what's going to happen but it doesn't really work like that.
Today I mess with the thinking of two successful coaches and business owners. I show them that they are looking for clarity in the wrong direction!
You and your clients are probably doing so, too...

I have a handful of Thinking Partner clients. They invest $47K for around 5 months. I have 1-2 Concierge Trusted Advisor clients a year who invest $185K to have access to me when they need it. You may be surprised at how little they need that access. And My Thinking Partner clients are often complete way before our 30 minute calls are complete.
But here's the thing, my clients are NOT paying for my time. They are paying for their insights. And their insights are priceless.
Today you can listen to my shortest podcast episode yet. The coaching itself takes around 3 minutes. But my client, Sophie—a highly successful corporate consultant—leaves with everything she needs.
