On episode #10 we dive into our 10th Fundamental of Success, which is to Lead by Serving. It is impossible to realize our full potential without committing to a cause beyond our own desires. Leaders do not gain significance from their position or their power, but from how they use their platform to enrich the human experience for others.

On episode #9 we look at the inside fundamental of Being a Lighthouse. We may not realize it, but we can be, and in many instances already are, the beacon others are looking to for direction and guidance.

On episode #8 we discuss the outside Fundamental of Success of Overcoming Obstacles. The obstacles we encounter in life can create fear and cause us to stop, or we can use them as stepping stones to become the person we were designed to be.

On episode #7 we discuss how we can Rise Above the storms in our lives as the 7th Fundamental of Success. Rising Above allows us to gain a new perspective that leads to wisdom and clarity when we face adversity in our lives.

On episode #6, we look at how we can Grow Character Skills once we adopt a mindset of Seeking Excellence. Character skills are the actions we take which reveal our beliefs and values. These are not set in stone and can be improved and strengthened with awareness and practice.

On episode #5 we look at Seeking Excellence, which is the fifth Fundamental of Success. Seeking Excellence is a mindset which focuses on the process of reaching our full potential, rather than the results we get along the way.

On episode #4 we discuss the outside Fundamental of Success of Living By Principles. Our actions must line up with the truths and principles we hold in our heart so we can maintain our integrity.

On episode #3 we move to a new pair of Fundamentals of Success and we focus on the inside Fundamental of Knowing Your Integrity. We must search the depths of our heart to find the truths and principles we believe in and continuously reflect on them, so they become part of who we are.

On episode #2 we look at our second Fundamental of Success: Pursue Your Dreams. Once we have an idea of who we want to be, where we want to go, and what we want to do in life, then we need to take daily action to boldly and courageously pursue the dreams which create our vision.

On episode #1 we lay the groundwork of what it means to Write Our Own Story, our definition of success, and how the 12 Fundamentals of Success can provide a blueprint for our journey as teachers and coaches. We will define and discuss our first fundamental of success: having a vision. It is essential to have a picture of where we would like to go and what we would like to do with our lives, but it is most important to know WHO we want to be.
