Liz is driven by a passion for empowering people to live independent and prosperous lives. She has held various leadership positions throughout her career, from her current role, as an Executive Director at ZED Consulting, all the way through to being an Advisory Board member for multiple start-ups/scaleups in Adelaide, South Australia.

Liz is known for her ability to motivate and inspire a workforce, make tough decisions, manage challenges and consistently present with a calm, optimistic demeanour.

Liz grew up in a family of strong leaders. Her great Aunt was one of the first female students at the University of Adelaide and one of the first Australian female cricketers. Growing up in such a strong-willed family has taught Liz to challenge the status quo and always seek change for the better.
