A million deaths a million and one births, or a million births and a million and one deaths. Whatever way you put it, death and rebirth is a constant and unfailing manifestation of the cycles we live. Transformation, transition, change. Painful and beautiful. 

  In this episode we explore the different aspects of physical, spiritual, symbolic and metaphysical deaths and rebirths that we experience in this human incarnation. In fact, Marie talks fascinatingly about being re incarnated physically, while still in this same lifetime, while Shannon queries the concept of living on through alternate timelines, quantum jumping, and the deep lessons from the deaths of others along our personal timelines. Together, we look at death and rebirth from a human, light-body and universal perspective to discuss the beauty that can come from this transformation within and without.
