"Surrounding yourself with positive people is crucial for mental wellness. Identify the friends and family who truly support you, and prioritize spending time with them. Also learn to set boundaries with toxic relationships through honest communication. Healthy bonds nurture healthy minds!"  * After all the self work I do and you do, don’t you think that positive relationships are on the top of your list.   As a mostly single person, I crave these relationships.  I have been blessed to have caring siblings with great kids so I get surrounded by loving nephews and nieces and great parents.  I think building healthy and open relationships can be really hard for people that experience mental health struggles. I know I get into my head and close off instead of reaching outs.  Remember, if you need help seek it form family, friends, your doctors or emergency lines.
