Jumping into this podcast world with a story I shared recently: My Body Image Journey. I recorded this for a MOPS group in CO and thought it to be the PERFECT way to launch into this podcast world to share a bit of my story and set the stage for what's to come. This podcast is for women looking for community through mental health awareness and motherhood. As if being a mom was hard enough, it can be really hard to realize that if our mental health is not optimal, it can reflect in the way we parent, and the way our kids see and respond to us. 

We have been entrusted these little being for a great purpose, so let's just do our best in taking care of ourselves, so we can take care of each other and raise these humans well.
