This is the starting point. In this first episode of Dialed but Alive I talk through how I grew up in Blairsville, how I went from being inactive and out of shape to getting back into football, lifting, and eventually getting into running and endurance training. I get into how that shift actually happened, the early workouts, the mindset I had, and how it turned into something I started taking seriously. I also talk about the parts that were not clean at all like injuries and dealing with putting in work without always seeing the results. Then I go into how I started posting content and building Potential Performance and what that actually means to me. This is not a finished story or some perfect blueprint, I am still in the middle of it and just documenting it as it happens.
