#MeetTheDealmaker: In this episode, I speak with Carolina Aziz about the retail leasing landscape of New York City and how the COVID-19 pandemic affected not only her business, but the industry as a whole.

Carolina Aziz is an Associate Director of Retail Leasing at Kassin Sabbagh Realty ("KSR"). She first started working on the management side at KSR and in the summer of 2018, she joined their leasing team. Since joining the retail division, Carolina has leased over 35,000 square feet of retail space in the New York Metropolitan area and has extensive experience representing both tenants and landlords. Carolina got her bachelor’s degree in Real Estate Development from Baruch College and she also runs a successful online jewelry company called Retail Therapy Jewelry.
