On the October 21st, 2024 edition of Notre Dame Federal Credit Union's Irish Football Fix, host Angelo Di Carlo sits down for an in depth conversation with Notre Dame basketball legend Ruth Riley.

Ruth Riley is a winner. She led Notre Dame to its 1st national title in basketball, won 2 WNBA titles and captured Olympic Gold.

Life wasn’t always easy. Being tall comes with many benefits. But being the tallest person in your class as a girl in middle school—that can actually be pretty hard. Thankfully for Ruth she had some great mentors–from her mom to Muffet McGraw. And she had her faith–which she says ran parallel with her incredible basketball journey.

You’ll hear stories about overcoming adversity, how she is giving back now, becoming a mom and about that faithful weekend in St. Louis in 2001 when the Irish won it all.
