If we are going to be used by God, we need to have discernment. And a major aspect of having discernment is being able to recognize the Word of God. Well, take out your Bible and look with me to First Samuel and chapter three, the book of First, Samuel, and chapter three. Now in the passage of scripture that we're going to be looking at in this study, we're going to see that Samuel is going to be called by God in order that he might serve Him and serve Him faithfully, and in order to do so this young man, Samuel, he needs discernment.
