#101 What does Article 101 Constitution of Pakistan says about Appoint of Governor.  

No.1-There shall be a Governor for each Provence. Governor shall be appointed by the President on the advice of the Prime Minister of Pakistan. 

No.2- A person shall not be appointed a Governor unless he is qualified to be elected as member of the National Assembly and  is not less than 35 years of age and is a registered voter and resident of the same Province. 

 No.3- The Governor shall hold his office during the pleasure of the President and shall be entitled to such salary, allowances and privileges as the President may determine.  

No.4- The Governor may, by writing under his hand addressed to the President, resign his office.

Part52PakistanHistory General Tikka Khan (Raja Ajaz Ahmed) Born on July 7th 1915 in Tehsil Kahota, Rawalpindi. and  died on March 28th 2002

 He was 17th Chief of Army and 1st Chivef of Staff. He was Commissioned in the East Indian Army Army on 22nd December 1940 after graduating from the Indian Military Academy.  He was the Governor  of East Pakistan  from March 7th, 1971 to September 1971. He led the armed forces of Pakistan from 3rd March  1972 to 29th February 1976. Than he entered the Politics. He was associated with PPP  and held the post of Secretary General of PPP.  He was appointed as the Governor of Punjab. on 9th December 1988 to 6th August 1990.  General Raja Ajaz Ahmed Tikka Khan died on 28th March 2002. Article99- What does Article 99 Constitution of Pakistan 1973  says about Conduct of business of Federal Government of Pakistan. All executive actions of the Federal Government shall be expressed to be taken in the name of the President.
