Scripture: 1 Thessalonians 1-2, The Thessalonian church has turned to God from idols and eagerly waiting for Jesus to return from heaven to deliver us from the wrath to come. Paul has only positive things to say. He reminds them that wrath is coming and the today is the day of salvation. God has provided you a way to escape thru His Son. We are all answerable to God. God tests our hearts so that we will get stronger. This results in our suffering that produces character, endurance and hope.
