Is Hallyu still healing? For a lot of us, we found Hallyu during troubling times and it became a refuge where we can figure ourselves out, find comfort or escape our daily stresses. But now that we are here, halfway through 2024, what is Hallyu for us?
For our Season 5 finalé, we talk about the parts of Hallyu that don't excite us: Kdramas that don't resonate, the tough job of balancing life and Hallyu consumption, toxic industry scandals. But we also talk about the joyful parts of the industry that, despite all of these negativity, make us come back for more.
