This first episode is to introduce myself to you as the host and share my background as a visual artist, globally exhibiting my work since 2010, following my degree in Sculpture and Combined Media from LSAD, Limerick, Ireland.

To set the context for the podcast moving forward, I share my views on creativity, shaped by my unique life experiences as the youngest in a family of 12, moving between Ireland and Yukon, north Canada and my research into identity, informed by enlightenment teachings and my own meditation practice.
