This is our first podcast. First, I'd like to introduce myself: Who am I? Where do I come from? What am I doing now? Then I'll share with you why I wanted to do this podcast. Finally, I'll introduce some features of this podcast and what I think is the best way to use it for learning Chinese.

Real Chinese Talk is designed for Chinese intermediate learners and only uses Chinese to help you get used to a full-Chinese context. We cover interesting topics such as language study skills, culture shocks, Chinese society, etc., so that you can acquire Chinese while enjoying interesting content at a comprehensible level.

The five words we will use in this episode are: "沉浸", "发展爱好", "无论如何", "语言交换", and "顺理成章".

To get the most out of this podcast, we recommend using our free curated transcripts (in Chinese characters, characters with Pinyin, and English translations) and YouTube video with bilingual subtitles (and a city-walk video!).
