Bob kicks off the show talking about the deal to stop the government shutdown as one democrat pulls a fire alarm to stop the proceedings.  Bob then talks to author, Zachary Elliot about his book Binary.  They discuss the sexes and how people feel about their own sexuality.  Bob the takes calls on all topics including the coach in Brooklyn using the term Nazi and the St. Ignatius freshman coach who apparently upset some kids with his texts.
