How can I get started with digital products?

I am a website designer and don't currently have any digital products.

I also don't have an email list but will be launching one this month.

I've always done 1:1 work and can't get my head around creating a digital product like an online course *but* I could also do with an alternative income stream.

Loads of designers launch their own templates but I don't want to do that.

I feel like the market is so saturated already with digital products so I feel stuck.

I guess market research is key here.

If I'm going to create a product I obviously want to create something people want, but I also want to create something I'm excited by!

How would you get started if you were me?
