Hello, potatoes! Today I am heading to a Rising CPA Professionals Conference where I will be learning more about the accounting profession and how business incorporates into the financial management area and so much more. I am super blessed to have been given this opportunity; this was an event I applied for and got accepted to attend. I have recently been a little indecisive about my career choice, especially as a junior in high school, and I feel like I have to choose ASAP. However, I had to realize that my path is just that--my own path. I have my personal plan ahead of me, and currently I am in a stage of my life where I am still exploring career options, at least between education and business finance. Whatever needs to happen will fall into place. Hopefully you could relate and understand that you are not on the same wavelength as everyone else, so please make sure all the decisions you make are paced based on your needs. Also make sure to put yourself out there and discover new things! You never know what might tickle your fancy and get you that jump-start in your life. :)
