Last year I decided that although fitness was a big part of my approach with lifestyle and wellbeing, what I really wanted to focus on was empowering ambitious creative women to appreciate their worth, live authentically and dare to be seen, heard and valued for the incredible people they/you are 

 

To support Mums who want their own career and personal well-being to stop getting lost in the needs of others 

 

To help you curate and design a life you want to live every single day 

 

To give you the tools to build your own Thriving Breakthrough mindset so you keep pushing through your own glass ceilings, feeling able to overcome the obstacles that show up along the way 

 

Fitness, nutrition and wellbeing feeds into that - alongside mindset - the pillars work as a team 

 

I’m working with creative women on improving their self belief and confidence

I’m doing The Thing


- In this episode we explore what Your Thing Is! Is is more exercise, feeling better, committing to a new business idea? Putting yourself out there, being brave, being a present parent?

- We'll explore what are you scared of? 

- What are your limiting beliefs 

- Are you doing The Thing already and just not realising it without realising or acknowledgement?

- Getting help where you need it - I met with a financial planner today, there is nothing wrong with seeking help

- What other achievements are you experiencing beyond materialistic ones?

- What do you really want to do but are holding back from?
