Meet Pavel Stuchlik: "In anxious moments, breath is your first gateway to come back to your center. How do I know this? I discovered it in the depths of darkness.
Wanting to become a professional cyclist, I started my entrepreneurial journey young using my passion, so I sold carbon-fiber bike parts. I was 17.
As a professional, I entered races across the world and sold to bike stores. I even created a custom-made bike frame which exploded as a business! However, with these races accumulating over 25,000 miles year on a bike, they take their toll. My body shut down, and with chronic fatigue and Epstein-Barr, I had to quit. I was 19.
That’s when the depression hit. My health had sqaushed my whole life vision. But it was this pivotal moment I entered the world of Biohacking to heal myself. With my knowledge of business I invested into Orangetheory and my franchise became the fastest growing region in the chain. I was 22.
Obsessed with looking for more, I dived deeper, opening the largest Yoga Fitness Meditation Studio in South East America. All the dots connected. I kept creating success. But there was no satisfaction. Just emptiness.
So I went into the emptiness, literally. 10 days of darkness in the caves of Thailand. No food. Just water.
