This episode is super vulnerable to share, but feels really necessary. This is me, recording on the beach, whilst in the muddy experience of navigating my own pain and witnessing myself react at the same time as receiving the power trying to emerge between the cracks. These words are live downloads and truth from the centre of my heart during a moment of immense vulnerability, and it's important to me that you get to hear me in this way. To feel less alone in your moments of pain, drop any expectations of needing to always feel powerful when meeting your pain, and allowing yourself to resist, fight and get messy in your pain knowing that is what is helping you build your next level of power.
