Every aspect of my life has been transformed by this idea that we can be 'BOTH', and exercise is no exception. Yes, we can be both mothers AND physically strong. Spiritually minded AND use exercise to help us go deeper every time.

My bestie and Human Design reader, Jen Gordon, joins me on this episode to chat all things movement and how we as mothers need to get real with some of the limitations we put on ourselves around what we can and can't do with our physical bodies. We speak about using exercise as an extension of our spiritual practice, and a powerful way to embody so many of the practices we preach day to day. 2020 is here, and so is a brand new podcast direction!!! The Stay With Yourself Podcast is now proudly carrying the flag of my signature online course, and coming to you as The Sensual Mother Podcast.
