In today's episode, I interview April Stearns who had Stage 3 Breast Cancer and went on to create Wildfire Magazine & Writing Community.   She is also the host of the podcast, "The Burn" .  I personally consider her to be a hero in this community who has brought healing and empathy to so many breast cancer patients and survivors. 

We had such a wonderful talk and covered her story, fertility, flat closure, opting out of reconstruction surgery, intimacy issues, how to speak with your child about a cancer diagnosis and so much more.
