Nobody gets through life as a human being unscathed or without being traumatized in some way. We all have baggage, and we all have things we’re holding on to. In this episode, I give you some journaling prompts to help you face the pain and come to terms with the things you’ve been through. I want to help you process some of your emotions and honor your past so that you don’t look back in however many years’ time and wish you’d let go. It’s all about holding space for your feelings, having compassion for your past self and creating a life that truly feels good.
TRIGGER WARNING: In this episode, I ask you to reflect on something in your past and to process it in a different way. Please be aware that it could be triggering for you. This episode is all about sharing space with you. It has not been recorded for someone who’s really suffering. If you’re listening to this episode and have been through a traumatic experience that you’re struggling to deal with, please go and seek help from a medical professional.
