Scott Klima has led Australian and Multinational Forces in Iraq, Afghanistan and the Golan Heights. He is currently posted to Fiji, where he is an instructor at the Officer Training Centre. In 2014 and 2015, Ben worked for Scott, and on this episode of the Podcast, they reflect on Scott's career and lessons learned over a successful career in The Australian Defence Force.
