10 min Abs & Slim Waist + Belly Workout

Hi guys So this would be a 10 minute ab workout. So 10 exercises, each exercise for 30 seconds with 20 seconds in between. It's definitely manageable. Today's workout is going to be intense, you're going to feel the best burn in the belly area. Let's work it for the sexy appliance and slim waist. First exercise is at wing flap. Exercise back flat on the ground contour act to lift your shoulder blades off the floor, curling up towards your knees, pulse your arms up and down by your side. We can squeeze your abs as much as possible throughout the whole exercise so we can activate the app to let the burn begin.
