Out of an attitude of, "If not me, then who,” the orphanage has seen over 400 children come through their doors over the past 35 years. Most of the children are Karen refugees from Burma that have been saved by the orphanage. Hear the amazing story of how the orphanage was started, how it has grown from one child to where it is today, and many leadership principles that we all can learn so much from.

At this year’s Relevant Leader Rally, Ronnie was asked what is the most important thing that the Leaders of Relevant Community Church can do to keep moving the mission forward. There was not enough time for Ronnie to fully answer the importance of all of us remaining "outward focused". So, Ronnie joined Nick this month in order to share his heart and equip all of us to keep our focus on reaching the lost.

The things we value most will determine what happens on the teams and groups that we lead. We should probably have a good grasp on what we really want to guide us. Recognizing "leadership values" will help us go from being reactive to leading with purpose.
