In this episode, I present the "Proactive Purposeful Parenting Approach" to help you identify strategies to raise your son or daughter to achieve excellence. 

Based on your children’s ages and stages, I introduce the four roles you can play: Nurturer, Coach, Mentor, and Adviser. 

Nurturer: newborn - 6 years old
Coach: 7 - 13 years old
Mentor: 14 - 21 years old
Adviser: 22 years and older 

I also present five parenting styles along with clear examples:
- Permissive
- Neglectful
- Manipulative
- Aggressive
- Assertive

Identifying your dominant parenting style will help you become a better Nurturer, Coach, Mentor, and Adviser as you lead your children to better outcomes no matter their age.
