I struggled for about 20 years with incredibly painful periods, so this exploration started out of necessity (I get it, it can still be a bit taboo to talk about our periods, our inner moon times.
I could not believe what happened in my life when I began really living cyclically.
My intuition went off the charts (at certain times of the month), I finally learned more about leaning into my boundaries and I felt this inexplicable deep sense of coming home to myself.
While this episode isn't a "10 Steps to Painfree Periods" kinda thing (healing often needs to go much deeper than this)...you will learn about how one's energies, sensitivities, and boundaries can shift throughout the month.
