As Women Wholesalers we have a distinct advantage of being seen as less assertive or "pushy" when meeting with prospective sellers. But, is there something else we could do to build rapport quicker and easier with that seller who has so many others trying to get their property under contract. We can recognize that 10 seconds may be all of the time we have to make that first impression. But, what if there was another way?
