So you just got a great house under contract and now you want to find a buyer so how do you write an awesome ad? As an experienced wholesaler you have probably done this many times but, for those who are just getting started I have some ideas to help get more buyers and sellers to call you.
This article will give you some tips and tricks to get more responses for your Craigslist ads. If you heard my last episode it gave you ideas about how to post ads and today's podcast has more ideas for bringing in more deals consistently.
In this episode I continue the discussion of ways to find motivated sellers using Craigslist by posting in multiple sections of the site as well as posting in multiple cities. This may not bring deals immediately but it will definitely be a process to help build your brand and start your pipeline to get more properties coming to you. This is a little known strategy that brings tremendous results.
Getting a consistently flow of properties coming in is a major concern of women wholesalers everywhere and this is just one strategy I use to build a pipeline of deals coming to me and you can do the same. I'll give you specific strategies to build your business and your wealth as a women wholesaler.
With the changes in the Real Estate Market in the last several months many markets are moving from a buyer's market to a seller's market and with that has brought more wholesalers looking for deals and fewer properties for sale. The old school wholesalers will continue looking for properties using the same strategies they've used for a long time. But, innovative women wholesalers are looking for more creative ways to find motivated sellers as well as putting together deals with other wholesalers.
Virtual Wholesalers are in need of help closing their deals in far off markets and will need someone to help with the deals. Women wholesalers are also going to use Craigslist to find deals and work with other wholesalers on their deals.
