The relationship we have with ourselves sets the tone for all other relationships in our lives. When we practice self-compassion and accept our own flaws, we become naturally more understanding of others' imperfections. Our self-love becomes an invitation for others to be their true selves around us, leading to more meaningful and authentic connections.
