Kat, grew up in an abusive home. After leaving home at 18 she found herself in an abusive relationship that lasted years. Years after leaving her first abusive relationship, Kat found herself in a second one. Noticing this pattern in her life helped her to notice a pattern in within herself. Entering a self-discovery journey to find herself and her power has been the greatest gift she could have ever given herself. Kat created a TikTok account to help survivors of mental abuse and brainwashing see the tactics of manipulation so they could start fighting back. Kat studied psychology in college and it is her greatest passion. What she has learned has changed her life and she believes it can change others’ as well. Growing up in an abusive home left Kat with an enormous passion and place in her heart for victims of abuse. Kat says "As a coach, helping others take their freedom and liberate themselves from the cycle is what drives me. This is the issue in the world I take most personally. Today I work with survivors of narcissistic abuse to heal, find freedom, and ultimately find themselves again."
