Reconnecting with my "cousin" Charise. 5 years older than me I looked up to her so much growing up. Getting to sit down and talk about the past and where her life has led her to today. Getting to talk on forgiveness, religious wounds, family wounds, healing, and laughs along the way. Her story is so inspiring. To talk about forgiveness to her perpetrator to her seeking forgiveness from others. Its exactly why I have always looked up to you. Thank you for being vulnerable, sharing your truth and breaking cycles for generations to come.

What the last few weeks have looked like for me as I begin my own healing journey as I process forgiveness with in myself and how the episodes as we begin to bring on guests will unfold.
