I’d love to share with you guys a little bit about where I am in my journey right now. And it has everything to do with a big shift and switch with where I am in life. So I just retired from chiropractic and have given myself a little bit of space and time to be able to rest. Because honestly, for about 20 years, I've been running, hustling, doing the do, and to be honest, got burned out. Now it wasn't that I was burnt out with serving people, it was burnt out with feeling like I was stuck on this hamster wheel. And so let me take you back a little bit to what the early part of my career looked like. So you can understand where that challenge kind of created itself in my practice and just in life in general.
