Today, I’m going to talk about finding alignment in your health. In this episode, I will help you understand how to navigate life from a health perspective and the different kinds of supplements or homeopathics, or natural remedies we can use in assisting the body in the way that it needs at the moment. 

I shared when I usually get regularly adjusted with a co-chiropractor as a part of my lifestyle. Also, sharing a little bit of my knowledge about the homeopathic remedies I applied to my daughter’s lung challenges, for soaking long in the pool which has chlorine and so much more!

When we place our confidence on ourselves or to anyone, or even depend on something to happen like being hopeful, that’s TRUST. A strong motivational feeling that enables us to let go and be bold in life.

If you are one of the people hustling for a better life know this, All successful people have failed, that’s how they succeed. There are tries that won’t work but failing faster, after a sincere reflection, will eventually lead you in the right direction, to better ways of doing things. You will know which area you’re going to excel in or succeed.

Myself is no exception. I did fail a couple of times. And what I realized is that, it really doesn’t matter. It’s ok to have not all the answers. There are always going to be roadblocks but they are actually life lessons. So if you’re just going to play small, you will never know that your failure is an opportunity to grow.

And it's okay to not feel like you're on top of the world all the time. It's okay to have stress in your life. It's okay to feel loss.
