In the years I’ve spent building, scaling and selling a business, I developed the skill on how to take the expertise that I have and package it in such a different way that can help female business owner juggling home life and business. There’s only one of me that has the idea on how to create this container to allow a place for business owners to feel seen, heard, to be vulnerable, to know that they can have a group to go to.
Take the next step and do the scary thing while being authentically you! Tune in a little bit more and see where it takes you.
“Sometimes it's going to be.. you're going to fire before you've even aimed and you're like, Oh, well, that didn't go so well. But you know, the honest truth is that you.. we’re all going to make mistakes, we're all gonna fail. And the beautiful thing is, is how fast can you fail? And that's what I'm learning. How fast can I fail and get to the next thing. Because I do see that all of the things in my journey, whether it be personal or business have led me to this place where I am now. There is only one of me. And if you're listening out there, there's only one of you”-Dr. Patti Gonzalez

One day, you're going to be able to inspire so many people and one day, this could be your favorite part of your story. So just keep going. And yeah, you're gonna you're going to be able to inspire so many people with your story and your story matters.”- Lauren Stithem

We all have those moments in our lives that we ask why is it happening and/or why is it NOT happening. In this episode, I talked about what it means to be human that we are meant to be something. And what’s happening in our subconscious as we process the things that are happening/happened in our lives.
“The circumstances in your life are not happening to you. They're happening for you. They're happening for your growth, they're happening to help you expand, they're happening so that you can gain knowledge, they're happening to be quite honest, so that you can walk that journey, and then you can show up for someone else.” - Dr. Patti Gonzalez

Dr. Carly Hudson, D.C. attended University of the Western States and is a successful chiropractor who has been in practice for over six years. With additional certifications in massage, yoga, and exercise therapy, she helps hundreds of patients recover from injuries, illness, and chronic pain.
Dr. Carly speaks of important philosophical shifts in self care, including what it takes to move from a focus on disease management to true health care and the practical things we can do for ourselves instead of the constant search for the silver bullet.
As an infant, Dr. Carly suffered a life-threatening illness. She was left with “invisible handicaps” including balance disorders, muscle spasticity, and hearing loss. She had to begin again to learn how her body worked and so began her path of life-long learning and healing. With the gift of this injury, Dr. Carly has spent her life exploring how deliberate self care impacts our mind, body, and spirit.
“If you try to push yourself and crash and burn, that's exactly what you're going to be doing. And the cost of that crash and that burn might be different every time. And it is certainly, I guarantee you going to take more effort and investment in time and energy and finances to pull yourself out of a crash than it is to stay consistent with your maintenance along the way.” - Dr. Carly Hudson

At a really young age, I was always putting myself in rooms, even though I didn't really know what that meant. I wanted to be surrounded by people who knew more than I did. In this episode, I’ll tell you how those rooms helped me grow and expand. I also shared here me as a soccer player and how me joining a sorority created tons of connections.
“We grow outside of where we're really comfortable. And I can assure you, a lot of those rooms that I stepped into, I was like, ‘oh, my goodness. I'm way out of my comfort zone.' But I can also tell you those are the rooms that I grew the most.” - Dr. Patti Gonzalez

“When you believe in yourself, start thinking big. And then when you think big, think even bigger. Because there are so many brilliant people in this world who are playing small, including myself, I still struggle with believing in myself. And so it's a daily work. It's a daily practice. It's a daily belief. There's so many things that want to take us down and we have to stay strong. So everyone out there, you're strong, keep believing in yourself and go for something even bigger than what you're already doing.” – Abigail Manning

In this episode, we will look into an hourglass and realize how we walk through our lives.
The sand that's in the bottom is the past. It's the things that have fallen through and have already happened in life. Then you look at the top of that hourglass, those are the things that will happen in the future. They haven't yet passed through that little tiny opening where each grain of sand falls through. And the amazing thing is, most of us either live in the past, or we're striving towards something in the future. What I want is to bring your attention. Focus on that little grain of sand, as it's about to pass from past to future, it's the PRESENT.
“I encourage you to take a look at an hourglass and try to find that moment in time where you are present. Not in the past, not in the future. But right here, right now. Because I guarantee you as you start to pick your head up and look around, you will be amazed at the memories you can create.” - Dr. Patti Gonzalez

In this episode, you will get to know Dr. Laura LaJoie, a practicing chiropractor, mother of 3 adult children, community servant and "joy promoter". You will also learn how she spends her days actively pursuing joy and discovering joy hacks that are simple and easy to use. Get ready to fill your mind with new concepts about self love and becoming more dependent on your own intuition and authentic decision making.
“And if we can just become more independent of what other people think and more dependent on our own intuition and authenticity, then it's easier to have those days where we're full of joy and fully self expressed. And just simply joyful.”
In this episode, I reflected on a conversation I had just a couple of days ago with a dear friend of mine. She came into my office as a patient probably almost eight years ago, seven I should say because our daughters are about the same age. We went on a journey together as doctor and patient of me helping her understand where true health comes from, and empowering her in her own walk with health and helping her daughter thrive. What she is now helped me navigate to get through the dark time I just had.
“The perfect timing of her walking into my life turned into seven years later, the perfect timing of me needing her. So there's that old cliche of people walk into your life for a season for a reason, a season or a lifetime.” - Dr. Patti Gonzalez
