In this episode, I reflected on a conversation I had just a couple of days ago with a dear friend of mine. She came into my office as a patient probably almost eight years ago, seven I should say because our daughters are about the same age. We went on a journey together as doctor and patient of me helping her understand where true health comes from, and empowering her in her own walk with health and helping her daughter thrive. What she is now helped me navigate to get through the dark time I just had.
