For our 10th Episode we have four-time Nutri-Grain Series champion, nine-time Coolangatta Gold champion and a highly regarded friend of the club, Ali Day. 

We talk about fatherhood, his routine, and dealing with setbacks. After having 687 days away with injury, Ali was able to return to accomplish things that had never been achieved in the sport.
