So last week I had a bad week that got me feeling Anxious and it effected me.

I had to take my own advise, take a step back and get back on track, and the thing is, its Normal for all of us and no matter  how much we work hard to keep ourselves in a Good place, we are always going to deal with moments that Challenge us and this is Growth! The important thing is how we deal with it to be Better, I draw on my own experiences  in this episode
