Are developers launching too many off-plan properties in the UAE or is it good for the property market?

Amongst all of this, Dubai also launched The Higher Committee of Real Estate, who are responsible for maintaining a higher level of diversity in new property projects that are launched, to ensure Dubai’s residential property market offers interesting and varied properties and at a range of price points.
