Today on the show, Steven catches up with an old friend to discuss his decade with the iPhone. Ken Reid used to be part of the RNIB, where Steven previously worked, and back in 2013 Ken shared his concerns about the new device and whether or not it would be something actually useful to him. So what happened 10 years on? Today we find out.
