With such a big number, there is a need to empower people with disabilities, which involves teaching them their rights, privileges, laws, and information and equipping them with life-changing skills that will greatly improve their lives. 

Empowering people living with disabilities and the community will provide equal opportunities, improve their general well-being, and instill a high sense of confidence, hence cultivating a sense of belonging in society.
