Are you being the most authentic version of yourself?  Have you let others' values, principles, and methods lead you down a path you don't want to follow?  We are encouraged by our parents, family, and friends from a young age.  It's not always what we feel deep inside that encourages us.   Stay 100% authentic to yourself and do not borrow other people's personalities or personas.

There are times when we don't recognize when we aren't being our true selves.  Occasionally, it can be felt deep within us. This feeling can lead to thoughts of needing approval, or even of stretching boundaries.  Today, we're discussing how to maintain a relationship with yourself by remaining authentically you.
