Betsy Cohen is a mother of 4 who lives in Palm Beach Gardens and loves cookie dough. In 2012, Betsy was given the opportunity to work part-time in the office of a bakery owned by one of the most talented pastry chefs in the country. 

A few years later, Betsy launched Happylicious by Betsy, a gorgeously curated and very happy brand of edible cookie dough. It can be found at the iconic Breakers resort in Palm Beach and ships to anywhere in the United States.
