With 4 main components, you are actively making changes to better yourself and life. Every single day of this 100 day challenge, you'll be doing the following: 1. Workout without fail.2. Follow a diet.3. Read 10 pages of non-fiction.4. Pray or meditate for 30 minutes. If you fail one day, you have to start over.
