The past two weeks have been very good to me as I build volume for the UTMB Canyons Endurance Runs on April 26th.
Coming into the new year I had a 50+ miles week and a 4 day trip to Mexico with no where to really run. I want to talk about how I navigated that. This was especially interesting because of a tweaked ankle I got trail running that now is great.
Back from Mexico we shot up to 55 miles this week leading into 65 next. It is cold in the northeast with storm after storm but we are making it happen.
Some awesome questions came in the chat including how I structure a week, my "must do's" in a back to back weekend and some recovery technics that I cant go without.
